American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) announced today that it has voluntarily withdrawn its December 27, 2007 lawsuit against Jide J. Zeitlin, The Keffi Group Ltd. and IMIL. The Company has taken this action following a meeting between the parties. The result was reached amicably.

No payments or other forms of consideration were made by Jide J. Zeitlin, The Keffi Group Ltd. or IMIL as part of the resolution of this matter.
