Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On August 11, 2022, American Tower Corporation (the “Company”) repaid all remaining outstanding amounts under its $3.0 billion unsecured term loan entered into in December 2021 (the “2021 USD 364-Day Delayed Draw Term Loan”).
